The Chillin Rooms operates as a community-led members' space. By joining or attending the venue, members agree to contribute positively to the community and to help maintain a respectful, welcoming and responsible environment.
Members may voluntarily contribute to the community in informal ways, including helping keep shared spaces tidy, welcoming other members, assisting with community activities, providing feedback, supporting events or otherwise contributing their time and experience where they choose to do so.
Participation is entirely voluntary. Membership does not create an employment relationship, worker relationship, partnership, agency arrangement or entitlement to payment. A member is not authorised to act on behalf of The Chillin Rooms unless specifically authorised to do so.
Members remain individually responsible for their own actions, behaviour, decisions, possessions and consumption. Being a member, Community Contributor or participating in community activities does not transfer responsibility for a person's individual decisions to the venue, its organisers, staff or volunteers.
Staff and volunteers are not responsible for supervising an individual's personal consumption or personal decisions and do not assume responsibility merely because they are present at the venue or assisting with its operation.
No member should undertake tasks involving security, safeguarding, money handling, equipment, first aid, food preparation or other responsibilities on behalf of the venue unless specifically authorised and appropriately instructed to do so.
Nothing in these terms permits unlawful activity or removes any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing should be interpreted as excluding liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Terms & Conditions
The Chillin Rooms is strictly 18+. By entering, becoming a member or attending an event, you agree to follow venue rules, behave responsibly and respect other members, staff, volunteers and the premises.
All members and guests remain personally responsible for their own actions, decisions, possessions, behaviour and consumption. Individuals must ensure that anything they possess or do complies with UK law.
Membership or entry does not authorise or permit illegal activity.
The Chillin Rooms operates as a community-led space. Members are encouraged to contribute positively to the community, but membership does not create employment, partnership, agency or formal volunteer status unless separately agreed.
Staff, organisers and volunteers do not supervise, encourage, supply or assume responsibility for an individual's personal consumption or independent decisions.
The venue may refuse entry or suspend or cancel membership for unsafe, abusive, disruptive or unlawful behaviour, or for breaches of these terms.
Members and guests are responsible for any loss or damage they deliberately or negligently cause to the venue or its property.
Entry and participation are at the individual's own risk to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
