All payments made to The Chillin Rooms are non-refundable once paid.

This includes membership payments, booking fees, event payments and any other charges, unless a refund is required by law or an event or booking is cancelled by us.

If a booking or event is cancelled by The Chillin Rooms, any refund or transfer offered will be at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

By making payment, you confirm that you understand and accept this no-refund policy. UK consumer law can still apply in some situations, including certain statutory rights and cancellation rights for some distance contracts.
