The Chillin Rooms is committed to protecting the privacy of all members, guests, staff and volunteers. Personal information collected for memberships, bookings, contact, age verification or venue administration will only be used where necessary and will be kept secure.

Member information is confidential and will not be shared with other members or unauthorised third parties. No person may access, search, screenshot, copy, photograph or disclose another member’s personal information without proper authorisation.

Access to member data is limited to authorised staff or admins who genuinely need it for their role.

Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to member information, impersonate another person, misuse an account or obtain private information through deception may result in membership being suspended or cancelled and may be reported where appropriate.

Personal information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary and will be securely deleted when no longer required.

Members are responsible for keeping their own passwords and account details secure and should report any suspected breach immediately.

Information may only be disclosed where legally required or where there is another lawful basis to do so
